WHO WE ARE

Wall Engineering, established in 1949, is a well known company of structural steelwork suppliers covering a wide range of projects throughout the UK.

We work with various Main Contractors and are supply chain partners with many and the projects we work on cover a wide range including warehouses, business parks, industrial buildings, schools, hospitals, supermarkets, leisure centres, sports stadia, distribution centres and many other types of buildings and structures.

Our products comply with the Construction Product Regulations and are certified to Execution Class 2 EN1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 (CE Marking).

Design and Detail

WE CAN OFFER EITHER FULL DESIGN OR CONNECTIONS ONLY FROM CONSULTANT ENGINEERS DESIGN.

From the design stage the latest industry specific modelling software is utilised to produce both electronic data for our automated machinery and production drawings enabling the efficient fabrication of steelwork.

Fabrication

STEELWORK IS FABRICATED IN OUR 5000M²FACTORY ENABLING THE PRODUCTION OF LARGE ITEMS SUCH AS LATTICE GIRDERS AND TRUSSES.

Computer controlled machinery is used to cut and drill sections and fittings before moving into fabrication area where our skilled fitters and welders complete the assembly of the components with either MAG or MMA welding processes.

Surface Coatings

WE CAN OFFER A FULL RANGE OF SURFACE COATINGS FOR THE STEELWORK

Painted coatings are completed in house with Galvanised, Intumescent and other finishes being provided by sub-contracted specialists.
